Diana Brighton
Events Manager
Diana joined Cultural Breaks at its inception in 2008. With her keen interest in British history, her writing skills and love of music and the arts it is no surprise that Diana was delighted to accept the position of Events Manager. With a passion for travel both overseas and in ‘this green and pleasant land’ she enjoys creating our holiday itineraries. She revels in finding places to visit and brochure writing because as she says, this is almost like being there.
Jackie Harrison
Senior Events Co-ordinator
Jackie joined the Cultural Breaks team in 2013. From a leisure services background she had organized day trips throughout Britain. She puts this and her expert administration skills to good use during the three days a week she spends with our team. Jackie answers telephone enquiries, takes holiday bookings and membership enquiries as well as organising day excursions and door to door cars for Cultural Breaks holidays.
Alvi Shaw
Tour Manager
Alvi has been Tour Managing for fifteen years, firstly with Theatregoers, then Arts & Heritage and now for Cultural Breaks. She also organises and leads holidays for her local NADFAS Society in Henley on Thames. Alvi loves to travel, her main interests are history and the arts.
Julia Stitt
Tour Manager
Julia is a retired teacher and has worked for Cultural Breaks since the beginning. Prior to this she worked for The Arts and Heritage Club and the J G Theatre Club. She has wide ranging interests including an extensive knowledge of the history of art and is a regular theatregoer. Julia loves opera and the ballet and is a frequent visitor to Covent Garden and Glyndebourne.
