Holiday Prerequisites



As we strive to continually develop our company and offer holidays to suit as many of our members as possible, we will be including holidays that will be less sedentary and offer venues we have previously been unable to visit.  This decision has been made after collating data from the feedback forms, which we monitor and are always grateful to receive.  When reading through the brochure, please check that you are able to fulfil the holiday prerequisites.


We are excited to introduce our holidays in three different categories:


UK HOLIDAYS
Luxury escorted holidays that we have always offered to our members.


EXTRA STEPS 
Luxury escorted holidays, with some additional walking.


AIR BREAKS 
Luxury escorted holidays, travelling through airports.




Holiday prerequisites for each holiday type:

UK HOLIDAYS


  • Walking without relying on Tour Managers
  • A short, slow paced walking tour
  • Stairs with some lift options
  • Coach parking on site or nearby

EXTRA STEPS


  • Walking tours in the morning or afternoon
  • Stairs with no option of lifts
  • Walking from a coach drop-off point at a venue
  • Uneven floors / terrain, ie: gravel, cobblestones

AIR BREAKS


  • Able to pull your suitcase through the airport if porters unavailable
  • Walk from drop off point to check-in / assistance desk
  • Passport requirement for destinations, correct & valid


Please remember it is your holiday; you are not obliged to take part in any of the excursions and can opt to stay at the hotel to use any amenities available or to just relax if you prefer. Alternatively, whilst visiting a venue, you can choose not to take part in any organised tours, but instead use the facilities on site; i.e. coffee shop or gift shop. All we ask is that you inform your Tour Manager of your plans and meet the group punctually at an agreed location.
